A hundred and ninety properties and four fees
We do not sell houses. Lettings is a different job and doing both badly is the industry norm.
Entry Way has managed rented property in Kingston and Saint Andrew since 2013. A hundred and ninety properties, seven staff, and no sales department, because a lettings agent whose bonus depends on sales instructions is not really a lettings agent.
Four tenant fees exist: application at forty dollars per household, replacement key at fifteen, late rent at twenty after ten days, and early surrender at one month. If a charge is not on that list we cannot make it. There is no inventory fee, no renewal fee, no reference fee and no check-out fee.
Repair response times are measured and published every quarter, including the quarters we missed our own target, which has happened twice. Urgent is twenty-four hours, everything else five working days.
